From the comfort of your home

Support with your medication and going to the toilet, through to making your favourite meal, and assisting with a bath or shower, our service lets you continue to be at home where you feel most comfortable and safe

• Assist with cleaning, shopping, appointment service, sitting with a loved one or person to enable the main carer or family member time off. This service extends to overnight sleep in or sitting service.

• We will assign a small team of dedicated carers to you - a team that will get to know you and whom you can trust to work with you and assist with your daily living activities.

• We will carry risk assessment at visits which will help identify safety issues and risks such as lifting and possible hazards in your home environment. If hazards are identified, we will discuss with you the necessary actions required to reduce the risk to you or the carer or support worker to ensure that you are both safe and happy.

• We will regularly review your care plan and carry out supervisions with the carers we send you so that we can respond to any changes and arrange for extra support if needed.
